The Learning Oasis is an inclusive homeschooling cooperative seeking to provide academic enrichment and social opportunities to students ages seven and up. By combining our varied backgrounds, we possess the ability to offer a wide range of subjects, and the children are offered the chance to learn from different people thus broadening their learning potential.

The Learning Oasis also offers groups such as a Spanish, Speech and Debate, Student Council, and activities like social group outings and field trips. We are also a support group. We come together for advice and friendship, to share our triumphs and failures. We come together as a community and as a resource for one another.

Discipline Guidelines
A goal of The Learning Oasis is to create a fun, supportive atmosphere for everyone. These guidelines are in place to help us reach this goal.

Step 1
Any teacher experiencing problems with a child shall contact the parent and the co-op president to explain the situation and seek advice.

Step 2
If the problem continues, the parent will be asked to remain in attendance with their child.

Step 3
If the problem still continues, the parent, teacher, co-op president will meet to discuss a solution.
